PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Designed to offer a slow, evolving, illumination experience towards a form of ritualistic cathartic release this immersive project is laid out to accommodate the easeful transition of up to 3,200 people upon the early days of June 2025.

​

To accomplish all of this required months of pre-preparedness, a vast number of uniquely talented hands all unitedly focused on creating something meaningful, monumental and a ritual that could be sacredly engaging.

​

In respect, to all those who contributed their highly valued existence, sacrificed their temporary freedom for a community, broke bread, investing their own finances, materials, equipment with some bloody fingers and relational labour to show for it... this is an accounting of what could be considered as an impossible task in a society often focused on self and financial compensation.

(Includes All Design, Engineering, Kindle and All Other Approval Processes, Site Visits, Build, Material Sourcing, Transport, Set Up, Ceremony Prep, Breakdown)

Not Included: Musician and Fire Jams, Everyone’s Transport Times, Countless side conversations, messages, placement and replacement vid calls, Late night (middle of the night) redesigns and/or project managing visions and revisions due to any number of reasons. This also does not include the individual emotional labour (before, during, after) for all of us, nor the next few months, in the post event clean up phase now upon us.
